Where do I make my Annual Enrollment elections?

All open enrollment and newly eligible employee elections will be made in your ADP employee portal. You should receive email prompts for completion. Open Enrollment Elections should be finalized by January 8, 2025 and new hire elections should be finalized 15 days after hire date.

How do I know which plans are right for me?

Some employees and/or their dependents may also qualify for state programs such as Medicaid and FAMIS. If your coverage is unaffordable for your family, specialists at Innovative can assist with additional options. Note that this plan is an affordable offer of coverage for the employee under the Affordable Care Act.

Can I enroll in other benefits without having to enroll in medical coverage?

Yes, you may elect each benefit independently.

How do I locate providers?

For each plan, reference the websites of your plan to register as a member once your plan is effective to access important information including access to ID cards and provider networks.

Am I eligible to enroll or make changes mid-year?

You may be able to enroll or drop yourself and/or your dependents later if you or your dependents lose or gain eligibility for other coverage. You may also make changes impacted by marriage, birth, adoption, and death. You must make an enrollment request within 30 days of the event and supply proper documentation.
